Default Entertainment in major cities

When you go to a major city such as boston, paris, or new york there are generally a lot of entertainers, right? Usually you see tons of people playing music, juggling, or dancing in the streets for the purpose of busking or for hire by private companies. This trend isn't a new one, either. It's been around since the middle ages and rennaisance, which GW is inspired by.

My idea was to have these things implemented into the GW major cities such as lions arch or Kaineng in order to give them a more middle-agey feel. Imagine walking through LA and seeing a jester or harp player on the side of the path. They could also have a stage for these acts, possibly put on by the alliance that owns the city. Thoughts?

Note: Of course, these entertainers would be NPCs.

Lions Arch = spammers, scammers, beggers and the occasional funny guy
Droks = Bot spotting
Kainang Center= Assasin jokers(medival harlequins) allover the place

Plenty of entertainment, do we need anymore?

Let's see how long it takes for ------- to come and close this treadh

NPC's that can spot botters would be a cool feature to have.

The most entertaining thing for me would be an NPC that, like Terra suggested, would spot the botters, and then put the bot through something, like kill him in a giant murderous explosion in which the botter explodes and is banned. It would make good use of all the in-city bots.
